I decided to Give A Dish to my brother Jerry who was constantly bemoaning the fact that he didn’t have enough channels to watch all his cooking shows. Apparently there’s this show on the Food Channel called Chopped and he’s dying to actually get on it and compete for the prize which is like ten thousand dollars or something like that. I don’t know what Jerry’s thinking – he’s a line cookat a pizza parlor – but you know, I guess stranger things have happened. He was pretty excited when I told him about all the new channels he’d have and I felt like a good brother for doing something nice for him totally unsolicited. He’s a great guy and he needs all the encouragement he can get so if I can give it to him then more power to him, you know? Why would I deprive Jerry of something as awesome as being able to watch the shows he likes to watch…that’s just mean!

When we got home from a trip out of town for a long weekend, our home had been broken into and burglarized. Several items were taken (the usual-- electronics, jewelry, silverware, etc.) and the whole house was ransacked. I have never felt so violated in my entire life. After the police left and we were able to straighten up enough to go to bed, I couldn’t sleep all night. One of the first things I did the next morning was to search Http://www.home-alarm-systems.com for a security system. I am still finding fingerprint dust from the police detectives and, of course, no one has been caught yet. We have racked our brains trying to figure out how anyone knew we were gone and why they picked our house. We just feel fortunate that no one was home and no one got hurt. I’ve heard other people say the worst part of an experience like this is knowing some stranger was going through-and touching-your things and I now understand how true that statement is. I don’t want to live my life being afraid but this has been an eye opener for us.

Fifth Studio Album Is Scheduled For October 28th Release

New York, NY – Grammy winning, platinum-selling singer P!nk, will soon return to radio airwaves with her newest single, “So What.” The anthemic song is the lead single from her forthcoming untitled fifth studio offering, set for release on October 28th. “So What” will be delivered to radio stations early August and will be available for sale digitally mid-August.

Capone was one-half of the Queens based powerhouse Capone-N-Noreaga, a duo which sold over 1 million albums in their short-lived career. The pair met at the Collins Correctional Facility in New York, quickly hitting it off. Capone was from the Queensbridge Projects and Noreaga was from Lefrak City. Shortly before finishing the recording of their debut album, War Report (1997), Capone was sent to prison for breaking parole on a weapons charge, but War Report became an underground hit and went gold. Noreaga released two solo albums while Capone was incarcerated, and upon his release, the duo released The Reunion, which also went gold.
